
On April 4, 1997, the body of a deceased baby, a girl, was found along the railway line on the slope in the bosschage of the Celebesstraat in Amsterdam. The corpse was packed in a KOMO-brand garbage bag and wrapped in a cream-colored duvet with a floral duvet cover around it. A silver strip containing a blood glucose sensor electrode was found in the plastic bag. The electrode is used by diabetic patients to measure the glucose level in the blood.
