On Saturday, October 16, 2004, around noon, 9-year-old Tambet, who had gone to play outside in his home in the village of Papissaare, Saaremaa, Kihelkonna Parish, did not return home. The next day, the 9-year-old Tambet was searched by the Defense Forces helicopter, police, rescue service, border guard, Defense League, volunteers – also senior students of the parish school – more than half a hundred people, but despite five days of landscape searches, Tambet disappeared. The disappearance of 9-year-old Tambet is still unresolved.
