On Sunday afternoon, November 28, 2004, the body of an unknown African boy was found in a meadow in Wijgmaal, located between Hambosstraat, Spoorstraat and Vaart. It is possible that the victim fell from a passing plane he had climbed on illegally.
The police and public prosecutor’s office of Leuven are looking for the boy’s identity.
