
On Thursday 19 June 2008, at 3:45 PM, the body of a man without limbs was found in the Meuse, near the «Quai du Halage». The human remains were packed in plastic bags and weighted with concrete blocks.
The blue plastic bags in which the body was found have the following statement “PELY PROFI 120L SCHWERGUT-MÜLLSÄCKE”, which makes the investigators suspect that the man was staying in Germany or in another neighboring country.
