On February 11, 2020 the Police headquarters in Neubrandenburg were informed by witnesses that a lifeless male person was seen at the foot of the cliffs of Rügen at the level of the Wissower Klinken. When the police officers from the Sassnitz police station confirmed the facts, the fire brigade could recover the victim from the bank of the cliffs. The criminal investigation department has started the investigation. Notes for a third-party debt has not yet been determined. At the present time it is assumed that the unknown person has fallen from the cliffs for an unknown cause and died in the process.
